What data is collected
Only what you enter in the form: name, email or WhatsApp, project type, timeline and the optional message. The site uses no tracking cookies or advertising tools.
What it is used for
Only to reply to you and, if you wish, schedule the discovery call. The legal basis is your consent and the steps prior to a possible contract (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7, I and V).
Who it is shared with
No one, for commercial purposes. The message is delivered by email through a sending provider (Resend), which processes the data for that purpose only. The site is hosted on a server rented from Contabo. These providers may process data outside Brazil, under contractual data-protection safeguards (LGPD, art. 33).
How long it is kept
Messages are kept in the owner's email inbox, not in a database on the site, for up to 12 months after the last contact if no project follows. If one does, for the length of the contract and legal obligations. After that, they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact above.
